Three reports. No black box.

The same inputs always produce the same report, and every factor carries a reason.

Verification.

Is it genuinely profitable?

T0 Document integrity

T2 Forensic scan
Customer concentration of 60% or more, owner dependency, short lease, lapsed licences, open court cases or GST notices.
T3 CA sign-off
A partner Chartered Accountant reviews the pack and stamps the CA Verified badge. Paid, planned tier.
T4 Site visit
Stock, plant, staff and signage physically verified. Optional, planned tier.

Payback.

When do I break even?

The sum
Purchase price, closing costs and working capital, divided by honest monthly profit.
Owner-dependency haircut
If the owner personally drives the revenue, expected profit is discounted before any number is shown.
Three scenarios
Optimistic, base and pessimistic, at 30% either side of the base case.
36-month curve
Growth and seasonality applied month by month, with the breakeven month marked.
