AcquiWorth Terms of Use

These terms cover the AcquiWorth app and the website https://acquiworth.com, run from India. By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use AcquiWorth

You must be 18 or older and able to make a binding contract in India. Give true details and keep your sign-in private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

2. What AcquiWorth is, and is not

AcquiWorth is a marketplace where sellers list running businesses and buyers look at them. Each listing shows a verification report, a fair value range and a payback forecast. These are advisory tools. They are not investment, legal, tax or financial advice. Please speak to a qualified adviser before you buy or sell.

AcquiWorth is not a party to any deal between buyer and seller. We are not a broker, escrow agent or adviser, and we do not hold anyone's money. There are no payments in the app. Never pay a seller or buyer money upfront through anyone claiming to act for AcquiWorth. If someone asks you to, report it.

Four sample listings are clearly labelled as samples. They are not real businesses for sale.

3. What is not allowed

You must not post or do any of the following:

  • Fraud, or false or misleading financials, documents or business details.
  • Listing a business or data that is not yours to sell, including stolen businesses or stolen or leaked data.
  • Offensive, hateful, sexual, violent or illegal content.
  • Harassment, threats or abuse of other users or our team.
  • Content that harms or exploits minors.
  • Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights.
  • Spam, scraping, impersonation, or trying to break or misuse the service.
  • Pressure to pay or move a deal off the platform to avoid checks.

4. Review, reporting and removal

Listings are reviewed before they are published. A published listing can still be taken down. Anyone signed in can report a listing by giving a reason and an optional note. We look at reports and may hide or remove a listing, reject it, or close an account that breaks these terms. Where we can, we say why. To appeal, email dilipreddy9880@gmail.com with the listing reference.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to store, review and show it as needed to run AcquiWorth. You promise you have the right to post it.

6. Limits of our responsibility

We do not promise that any listing, report, value or forecast is accurate or complete, or that any deal will happen or turn out well. Sellers are responsible for their listings and buyers for their own checks. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from deals between users, from content users post, or from the service being unavailable. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service, which is currently nothing. Nothing here removes rights you have under law that cannot be excluded.

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy, section 8). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept it.

9. Governing law

Premium features aren't available yet and nothing is charged.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under law.
